Becky competed Thursday nite in her one minute speed. Had 140 (that is her right foot touching the floor 140 times in one minute). That was her personal best and her goal for nationals!!!!!! She placed 8th (out of 40+) overall in her 10-under age division!!!!!!
Vincent competed in one minute and three minute speed. He received 9th place (out of 15) overall for his 3 minute speed. He got 215 (which means the 38 year old put his right foot down 215 times in 3 minutes)!!! Not bad for an aging fellow!!!!!
Becky and Alyssa competed in single rope pairs freestyle Saturday morning!!!!!! Although they did not place in the top 10, they did a great job!!! Here is a video of the routine as performed at Nationals.
